Projekt Management Tool: LogFrame

The logical framework (or LogFrame) is a conceptual tool or systematic process that helps translate common sense into a logical connection. It is a process that helps formalizing problems in order to make it possible for decision makers to see what needs to be changed: briefly it clarifies situations. The logical framework is a management tool intended to provide greater insight into organizational thinking, the allocation of responsibilities, and ambiguous communication. The Logical framework can be applied to any organizational structure. The LogFrame is presented as four tools: (1) to break down the project-concept, (2) to measure performance, (3) to evaluate projects and (4) to design projects.
