Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City

Many discussions arise about Eco-Cities sustainability. One of the more advanced is the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City. It was a pleasure to hear the presentation of Dr. KOH, Emeritus Professor, Faculty of Law, NUS; and Honorary Director, Asia-Pacific Centre for Environmental Law, National University of Singapore.
