An innovative solution for an aging society!
More than 230,000 elderly people in Austria require a home care because they want to spend their retirement in their homes. Although obtaining hourly help from the nursing staff, the family members are concerned about the welfare. An innovative solution has the Austrian company “Connect Care”: sensors register movements and processes in the apartment of an elderly person and report them to an app (smartphones). This app will inform relatives when a nonconformity is present, among other things, whether the person has fallen or forget the door to close, etc., etc. The privacy of the data is secured, and the DIY can installed the product in a few simple steps.
